Siofiv is an organization that designs, builds and teaches the capabilities companies need to actually decide faster with AI — not just adopt more tools that generate more dashboards. Four disciplines under one roof: Marketing GPS runs marketing in real time, Ai-Vanza builds custom AI engineering, AI Trust Layer governs each decision so it holds up under audit, and Siofiv Academies trains the teams that operate the whole thing.

Path to get here: engineering first, which shaped how I think about systems. Then finance and procurement, where I ran global negotiations at one of the biggest banks in the world. Both worlds taught me something the AI industry keeps missing — technology only creates value when the organization around it can actually operate it. That is why Siofiv exists.

Outside of Siofiv, I advise boards and executive teams as a fractional strategist. Same focus: not the technology itself, but the intersection where technology meets accountability. What to ask before approving an AI investment. How to defend a model before a regulator. When human judgment must override the algorithm.

The rest of my time I spend at Techstars — community leader, mentor, and judge at Startup Weekends. Not because it pays. Because early-stage founders deserve honest feedback before it costs them a year of their life. Same story with Junior Achievement, where I volunteer teaching entrepreneurial and financial fundamentals to young people.
